    The Starting Point

Jessica came to us with fifteen years of experience, exceptional client outcomes, serious qualifications and media credibility, including Vogue describing her work as something that “needs to be studied”.

But the business still presented primarily through the lens of hypnotherapy.
That was accurate. And limiting. The opportunity was much bigger.

    What We Saw

We went much deeper than messaging.

We looked at Jessica’s client outcomes, journeys, reputation, accreditations and the unfinished ideas sitting around the edges of the business.
Then we looked at Jessica herself.

What she reads. The objects in her home and study. The stories she follows. Her politics. Her experiences. Her understanding of gender and power.
Underneath the modality was a much richer worldview.

A cultural map connecting gender, politics and power to the subconscious forces shaping women’s lives, creative work, ambition and authority.

    The Big Move

    From hypnotherapist to cultural voice.

We identified a higher-value space Jessica had genuine permission to occupy and began building the brand around her worldview rather than her job title.
That created a throughline from the most public expression of her thinking through to the intimate detail of the client work.

The practice becomes evidence of the thinking.

What We’re Building

Over three weeks, we developed the strategic foundation for that shift: a clearer ambition, a higher-value space to claim, a more precise audience, an organising idea, cultural framework and opportunities for IP, speaking, partnerships, media and more premium private work.

We’re now staying close through the first six months of activation, carefully shaping how the idea moves into the world.

Already, that has included involvement in a film project exploring internalised misogyny. The aim is not simply a bigger profile.

It is to give the authority already sitting underneath Jessica’s work a bigger stage, and see how far it can stretch.
