    The Starting Point

The founder was a highly experienced entrepreneur, several ventures in.
The business had already raised €10m and built a strong product with a lean marketing, brand and sales team.

But the brand itself was still essentially MVP. A logo. A colourway. Product-led messaging.

The brief was not to redesign it. It was to find the bigger strategic idea underneath it.

    What We Saw

Most of the thinking lived very close to the product.

    Features. Functionality. Category detail.

    So we deliberately moved upstream.

We looked at the founder’s bigger ambition for the business, then widened the frame beyond finance into the world the product ultimately served: founders and the future of business-building.

The question became less about how to make the product sound better and more about what valuable space the business could claim, and what role the product should play inside it.

    The Big Move

From a product-led story to a bigger cultural idea about the future of business.

    The product remained central.

It just stopped being the whole story.

That gave the company a much stronger platform for messaging, visual identity, product innovation and commercial stretch.

04

What We Built

Over two weeks, we created the strategic foundation for the next phase of the brand. A clearer role, a higher-value space to play in, a core organising idea, manifesto and code of behaviour.

Enough strategic direction for the internal team and external creative partners to move forward with confidence.

05

What It Unlocked

The immediate output was a stronger strategic platform.

The unexpected output was energy.

The team had something bigger to get behind, the founder had more fire around the ambition, and the company had a more compelling story going into its next funding raise.

“Emma turned all the things I could see into a company other people could finally understand - and made it much bigger in the process.”
