    Mapping your category, the sub categories within it, adjacent categories and then understand how it’s shifting and being impacted by change, where the value is, where the energy and innovation is… we can decide where you are right now and where you need to get to.

    A spot that’s less cluttered, high value, ripe for disruption, aligned with the work you want to be doing, or a different kind of client…

    We will nail where yo need to sit and what you need to establish to claim that space.

  • 04 - STORY

    This is where the magic happens. We know exactly where you want to be and what you need to do to claim that space. Now we get creative with the big disruptive idea that will land it.

    This is your brand idea, your positioning idea and right now I imagine yo have something that’s a little generic and rational and maybe even based on what you do right now.

    We want to create an idea that’s based in the ambition, gives you a leading role in the change you want to stand for in your space and allows you to leverage your real secret sauce.

    We’ll write it as a punchy statement and then romance it into a Brand Manifesto that’s full of intention.

    We want you to feel chills, excitement and probably also a bit scared.

    We have our disruptive idea, we know what we’re here for and so everything you do inside your business becomes an opportunity to land it.

Throughout this work, we’ll be on the lookout for anything that can be made into an asset or a piece of intellectual property - ways of working, your point of view, any resources you use… trademarks, branded phrases, playbooks and visuals.

    • Embody & Activate: 3wks.  x3 one hour sessions, strategic consultancy and space to reflect / collaborate. 

    • A beautifully written Strategy Playbook to guide everything in your business. 

    • Informal chats on Voxer, WhatsApp… whatever your particular love language, for support or check-ins.

    • A central repository of templates, exercises and resources.

    • All costs are plus VAT (for UK businesses only).

    • Flexible payment plans are available. Pay in full clients will have access to an additional 2hr Strategy Workshop to be used within six months.

    • Investment will increase from Summer 2024.
